Is Real Estate Making A Comeback?

Is Real Estate Making A Comeback?Market-Research

Every where you look today with regard to real estate in this country you’re hearing that real estate is making a comeback. To be honest I never knew that it had left. Now if you’re talking about conventional real estate I guess it did leave town for a while. However, if you’re talking about creative real estate not only did it not leave town but it has been thriving.

I Didn’t Know It Had Left

I’ve been in the real estate game since 2011 and have become an expert and mentor investors in the art of the lease option.

The main reason why lease options work in both good and bad times is that there are always sellers in need of debt relief no matter what the market is doing. You’ve got the seller that bought a new home and can’t get rid of the old one. There’s the seller that lost his income and can’t afford the mortgage payments. There’s the seller that got transferred and has to get out of Dodge yesterday. There’s always an ample amount of home owners that need my services so whether the real estate market has left town or is coming back I never worry about it

Lease Options should definitely be in every real estate investor’s tool kit. The best way to get up to speed with lease options is through mentoring because it will cut the learning curve drastically and allow you to take advantage of this niche rapidly.

If you subscribe to the theory that coaching is the way to go to learn or improve on a real estate niche you want to get involved in then perhaps I can help. I have created a mentoring program geared to lease options that takes the sticker shock out of the heavy up front mentoring fees that keep many from getting to work with a pro. As a matter of fact my program has no up front mentoring fee so I guess that eliminates that problem altogether.

The program is called the Earn While You Learn Lease Option Mentoring Program and allows a student to earn while they are learning rather than coming out of pocket with huge up front fees. The way it works is very simple in that the student and I agree to joint venture a minimum of five deals together that I teach them how to find and walk them through from start to finish. We split the profit 50/50 and that is how they earn while they learn and I get my fee.

If I can’t get my students making money I don’t get my fee.

It’s called win-win.
