According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 9 out of 10 homebuyers and sellers start the search process online. Homebuyers and sellers go online to search for homes for sale and to find local neighborhood information.

It only makes sense that if 90% of our potential clients are online that we need to go online.

So that’s the basic premise for online marketing – your clients are online so you need to go online – if you want to connect with them and earn their business. I’ll say it again, your clients are online you need to be online!

I recommend reading Ross Hair’s ebook report titled “Real Estate Digital Marketing Platform – The Exact System You Need To Find Home Buyers and Seller Online”.

In his ebook, Ross Hair points out that most Realtors want to have some of their marketing online but often they find out how difficult and technical it is to set up a digital marking platform. And most Realtors get so frustrated with the whole idea that they just give up and go back to the old ways of doing business.
